Before You Submit

To help us resolve your issue quickly, please make sure you:

Submit one request per issue
Please do not combine multiple maintenance items in one request. Each issue should be logged separately so it can be tracked and assigned correctly.

Attach photos or video
Please include clear photos or a short video showing the issue. This helps us understand the problem and send it to the right contractor.

Include useful details
Please explain what has happened, when it started, whether it is getting worse, and whether access is available.

What Happens Next

Once your request is submitted:

  1. Our team will review the issue.
  2. We will send it to the relevant contractor.
  3. The contractor will contact you directly to arrange access.
  4. The repair or assessment will be completed as soon as reasonably possible.

Types of Maintenance Requests

Urgent Maintenance
For issues such as major leaks, loss of power, serious security concerns, or anything that may cause immediate damage or risk.

General Repairs
For minor repairs, fixtures, fittings, appliances, doors, windows, plumbing, electrical, or general wear and tear.

Damage or Insurance-Related Issues
For accidental damage, storm damage, water damage, or any issue that may need further review.

For emergencies where there is immediate risk to people or property, please contact emergency services first, then notify us through Keyhook as soon as possible.

It is a policy of our office that all repairs or maintenance requests must be in writing. We only accept emergency repairs by phone.
